No Tears, No Drama is our streamlined mediation package for couples with relatively straightforward circumstances who have already reached general agreement on many of the important issues. We take care of the process; help you resolve the remaining decisions and prepare the documentation you need to move forward.

Financial Disclosure Guidance
We guide both parties through the financial disclosure process, so decisions are based on a
complete financial picture.
Net Family Property Statement
Our financial analyst prepares your Net Family Property Statement using the financial information and documentation provided.
Two Private Mediation Sessions
Up to two private mediation sessions of two hours each with Sharon to resolve the outstanding issues relating to your separation.
Matrimonial Home
We can help you work through the options for the matrimonial home, including sale or one spouse purchasing the other's interest.
Customized Separation Agreement
Your Separation Agreement is prepared based upon the resolutions reached during mediation.
Independent Legal Advice
Each party receives Independent Legal Advice from a separate lawyer before signing the
agreement.
Final Review & Signing
We coordinate the final stage of the process and proper execution of your Separation Agreement.

Voice of Reason is designed for couples who have more to work through and need additional professional guidance to reach a resolution. There may be children, parenting arrangements, a matrimonial home, child or spousal support, or financial decisions where you currently have different positions.
With additional mediation time and greater support between sessions, we keep the process moving and help you turn disagreements into workable solutions.

Where children are involved, we can develop a detailed Parenting Plan addressing parenting time, holidays, decision-making, travel, communication and other arrangements specific to your family.
Detailed Child & Spousal Support Discussions
Additional mediation time allows us to work through child support, Section 7 expenses and spousal support considerations where applicable.
Matrimonial Home Resolution
We work through the practical and financial considerations surrounding the matrimonial home, including sale, possession and potential buyout arrangements.
Enhanced Financial Preparation
Our team reviews the financial information and outstanding issues before mediation so your mediation sessions can focus on resolving matters rather than simply gathering information.
Two Rounds of Agreement Revisions
Up to two rounds of revisions are included as the terms of your Separation Agreement are finalized.

The Full Package

Complex finances don't automatically require a courtroom.
The Full Package is our highest level of mediation support for couples whose separation involves more complicated financial or family circumstances.
This may include incorporated businesses, multiple properties, foreign assets, a single-income household, significant support considerations or other financial arrangements requiring considerably more preparation and mediation.
Your case is professionally managed throughout the process, allowing the different financial, parenting and legal components of your separation to be addressed in a coordinated way.

Six Private Mediation Sessions
Up to six private mediation sessions of two hours each, providing the additional time required for more complicated negotiations.
Complex Financial Case Preparation
Before mediation, Sharon and our financial analyst review the disclosure, property, income, business interests and outstanding financial issues so mediation can concentrate on finding solutions.
Incorporated Businesses & Business Interests
We incorporate business interests into the mediation process and coordinate with appropriate financial professionals where specialist valuation, accounting or tax advice is required.
Multiple Properties
The mediation can address the matrimonial home together with additional real estate, including investment properties and recreational properties.
Foreign Property & Assets
Foreign property can be incorporated into the overall financial discussions, with independent foreign legal, valuation or tax advice obtained where required.
Complex Child & Spousal Support
Additional time is available for circumstances where income structures, single-income households or other factors make support discussions more involved.
Comprehensive Parenting Arrangements
More detailed or multifaceted parenting arrangements can be developed around the individual needs of your children and family.
Three Rounds of Agreement Revisions
Up to three rounds of revisions to your Separation Agreement are included as the terms are finalized.
Professional Coordination
Where required, we can coordinate information from accountants, business valuators, pension valuators, tax professionals and other specialists so that the relevant information can be incorporated into the mediation process.
Divorce Application & Court Filing Support
Once eligible, we support you through the uncontested divorce application process following completion of your Separation Agreement.
Final Review, Signing & Post-Separation Support
We coordinate the completion and signing of your agreement and provide a post-signing meeting to discuss the next stage of your separation and divorce.

Additional Mediation
Every package includes a defined number of mediation sessions, so you know what is included from the outset.
If additional mediation is required beyond your package, additional sessions of up to two hours are available for:
$600-750 per additional mediation session depending on the complexity
Any work outside the defined scope of your package will be discussed with you before additional fees are incurred.
External professional services, including business valuations, property valuations, accounting, tax advice, pension valuations or foreign legal advice, are not included unless expressly stated.
