WHAT IS IT
What is Divorce Mediation?
Divorce mediation lets you and your spouse settle the practical side of separation outside of court. A neutral family mediator guides the conversation while you work through the decisions that matter most, including property division, parenting arrangements and spousal support. You make those decisions together, at your own pace.
Our mediators are trained to keep those conversations productive, even when emotions run high. We create the conditions for you to reach a separation agreement you both feel good about.
The result is a path through divorce that is less adversarial, more private and far more affordable, without giving up fairness or your peace of mind.
